Hello everyone, Francisca here. mother of one my husband is in the military and we live in fort Polk

I want to loose at least 100 pounds if anyone have suggestions on how they did it please share I don't want to give up on my self. need all the support I can get

Take it day by day! I lost over 100 and it has been a continuous process. Some days are better than others. Choose one thing you can do today like just tracking breakfast and commit to that for a week. Then track breakfast and lunch. Then after that is easy add dinner. Don’t try and do it all at once and know that a few missteps don’t ruin all your progress (this is the hardest part!!!). start with just tracking and truly becoming aware of what and importantly how much you are eating. Be careful not to avoid things just because you are embarrassed you ate them. We’ve all been there - literally all of us. And just because you don’t track it doesn’t mean it didn’t happen. This stuff is hard though! Be gentle with yourself and change will come!

PS you will likely lose weight quickly in the beginning but a slow down to less than a pound lost a week is NORMAL and actually much much healthier than dropping lots quickly

Thank you so much! I lost 10 pound last two weeks and since then haven't lost anything again. I wanted to give up but told myself no

Hi Francisca, welcome and thank you and your husband for your service 🥰. You are going to do very well. Please be patient with yourself, it will happen. Babies don’t walk overnight, and neither do people lose weight overnight. Congratulations on your 10 pound weight loss that’s a huge weight loss to be had. Amazing!!!

Are you tracking ALL of your calories? Do you drink alcohol?

Hmmm do you want help with this or do you think you’ve got it figured out? I met with a dietician once to go over my meals and it was realllly helpful
