Well with the summer holidays and medication I was on I'm up nearly 14 lbs since March. I could mope and be depressed about this weight gain but I'm not going to do that instead I'm gonna shake my ass and cut out the high calorie foods. Of course I am going to need the support and encouragement of all my friends at fat secrets to help stay on track. Thanks in advance xx
