So, I know I'm supposed to be on Day 4, but I have decided to start today as Day #1 because it's such a perfect Day #1 - November 1st, Monday! So my goals for this week are to stay on track for what I have designated out in my menu. Last night, I took an hour to sit down and write what I would eat for the entire week! I would really like to follow it to the T and have an AWESOME W/I on Saturday! So far, so good today!
