Day 3 - No workout yet. That's for after work. And I thought I had 3 miles to run tonight. HAHHHH! It's 4 miles. Oh happy day. At least I have Low HIIT and stretch and Trim the Trunk. So should be a little better. Starting to feel the soreness...glad it's back. I forgot how great I feel overall when I workout -- particularly after I work out.
Report: Day 2 - Worked late - working on life insurance awareness month. Wrote an email about my Dad and how life insurance helped our family. Workout started at 8:10pm - and completed 2 miles, 2nd half of Chest, Shoulders and Tri, and ARX (13 reps) by 9:23pm. Every stitch of clothing was soaked. Ate supper at 10pm to 10:45pm (large yummy salad).
I'm having to look up on Wikipedia the places I'm running now. The Atlantic Road was last night. I estimate the incline, as my elliptical is not connected to ifit. Heart rate peaked at 193. Avg heart rate is 155 - slowed down - was starting to tire. Staring incline: -5. Half Mile: -3. One Mile: -5. One.5: -3. Two Mile: 5. Two.one - 0. Ended up being 2.2 miles overall.
Tonight is the Red Rock Byway....starting a zero and ending at 18. Yeah, it's gonna be a sweat fest tonight! If you want to "join" me. Here are the inclines - remember to change it every half mile: Start: 0. -2. 5. 8. 10. 12. 15. 18. 18. At 4.10: 0 (4.2 miles)

I don't know how you workout that late, I would fall over asleep. But, it's great that you got it in!! Sounds like a tough one tonight.

I too would struggle to exercise so late, so Kudos :) the latest I work out is on Mondays from 7.30pm to 8.30, eating dinner at 9.30pm. As of late I find that I don't or barely sleep that night. Can I ask what ARX is? Enjoy your tough session tonight :)
