Well, that didn't take long. Kind of busted the plan already today. One of our long time supervisors is leaving us to pursue new opportunities and we are having a pot luck for her tonight. Let's just say, we have some tremendously good cooks around here. Even though we have a vegitarian theme going, it is loaded with carbs. Pastas, breads, cheeses, beans, wow a lot of carbs. I plan to be very careful for the rest of the day. I don't have much wiggle room left, so, I'm thinking fresh veggies and maybe some fruits. Is the motivation still high? Kinda sorta, it will be right up there again once I get through today. The bloating and guilt tend to go hand in hand. I just have to keep in mind how much better I feel when I'm not eating the breads and sugars.
