Here goes!
I had a good thing going a couple years ago with weight loss and I let it fall to the wayside. Hopefully this will help me find that sweet spot again and keep me locked onto it. I have to realize this is a lifestyle change and not a quick fix. I have to make a conscious decision every time I want to put something in my mouth, is this healthy? is this an emotional/physical hunger? is this worth a set back?
I have high hopes this time around. I am motivated and I want this change. Let's just hope I can stay motivated. ;)
My goal is a vacation to Cancun next fall for some much loved snorkling. Wouldn't it be fabulous to go and actually look good in a swim suit? :)
