slipped off the horse. ugh. i hate this. consistency is my biggest problem. but i'm never going to give up! never. i've been maintaining my 196 lb status. but i'm eager to break the 190's and head into the 180's.
i'm hoping to be 175 by 12/25. i'm going to do this!
