Getting closer to Onederland little by little each day. I just can not wait to be under 200. Its going to feel so good get this weight off.

I lowered my RDI to 2000 from 2200. I think thats as low as I can go for right now, I think its all in my mind. I do not want to set myself up for failure. My daily average intake has been about 1600 calories.

I still can not decide if my goal weight should be 145 (my current goal weight) or up it to 160.

Ah well.
