Way to go Amanda. BIG congrats on getting into those size 16's. You can get through Friday when the kids bring home the sugar laden things. I can't call them goodies anymore, because when I taste real sugar now, I cringe. It makes the hair stand on the back of my neck. Enjoy your day and you will be in onederland before you know it.:)

Amanda, congrats on the size 16. Just remind yourself throughout the weekend just how hard you have worked and how close you are to onederland. Stick with it and you will get there. Also, make sure you eat plenty of the "right" things and youll be less likely to stray. Your worth it.

I have been eating alot of almonds.... I didn't think I liked them but I really really do. I don't eat my veggies like I should so I make sure to get the nuts in. Mccmad I only own one pair of 16's and I am wearing them today. I am going to go shopping at Goodwill soon. I have one pair of 16 jeans and one pair of 14 jeans and that is it for the smaller sizes. I have alot 22's and 24's that I need to give to my sister who is losing weight now. I am planning ahead this weekend.... I may make my very own treat bucket with sugar free lifesavers and jolly ranchers to suck on. I don't eat but 1 or 2 a day and they don't seem to hurt my weight loss. I will eat before the birthday party so that I am not hungry. I can do this. I will see Onederland & stay there!

Amanda, you can do this. A little preplanning, a litle will power, and you will be just fine. I take a small bag of cheese sticks and beef snacks with me now when I know that there are going to be food temptations. Try that along with some almonds. They should stand you in good stead. 82 pounds, that is IMPRESSIVE!!!

Amanda, you can also make your own trailmix with nuts and seeds. And if you really crave something sweet, pop in a few of those SF goodies. They might be a wee bit higher than you are going for, but at least it'll help prevent you from going for the real deal.
