Halleleuia...I don't think I could have handled a 10th day at 188. Barely got to 187, but I'll take it in whatever form it comes.
A bit of summer has come back with higher temps and the humidity's back as well. Still walked 3.1 miles. I'm definitely feeling tired and under-rested; have felt this way for nearly the last 10 days that I was at 188. I'm not sure what it's all about. I do know that I was stuck at this weight 188/189/190 for quite awhile back in '90 when I was trying to lose weight (not on Atkins, though). I never got it to budge, even with exercise, and eventually I just went back to "regular" eating and began to gain again. OMG, just realized '90 was TWENTY YEARS AGO!!!! A-A-A-C-C-C-C-K-K-K-K-K!
