I knew the Sbarro Pizza yesterday at 710 calories in one slice consumming almost as many calories as I had been taking in a day would hit hard and it did...the pound I lost came back this morning. They say not to weigh everyday...but I do...just to see the affect of the previous day. I didn't exercise as much as I normally do and didn't get out for my walk. I try to walk 30 minutes a day and use the stationary bike....only rode the stationary bike yesterday...it was rainy also most of the day. I'm learning choices...and cause and effect with my weight lose plan and exercise...I will keep going!
