2 very different styles of food, but I had a craving for both. Tumeric, garlic, paprika, salt and cayenne for the chicken thighs & korean pancake

Actually im not sure how to make them 😅 my friend made them for me, but she bought a kit at the supermarket…you might be able to find some at an asian goods store. There is a special kind of flour used to make it mochi-er/chewier, but idk what its called. In Japanese it's chijimi
