Sorry. Are you keeping to under 20 net carbs. That is the best way to be really keto. But you are losing and 9 pounds is great. Maybe also measure... sometimes inches come off and that is also very encouraging. Keep going!!!!

Great loss - it all counts. You could be doing low carb but still eating too many calories overall. I would keep notice of calories, too
