The new challenge is no eating after 8 my only problem is not waiting too late have something to eat. Weekend was a slug nothing too exciting had a million and one plans all falling through.

I have the same problem. During the summer I get into something outside and keep working until dark. Then I make dinner or am hungry so I snack. The sunset right now is around 8:30. I failed today. I had a mocha moolatte at 8:05 after getting off the river. Don't worry about being a slug. Everyone needs to have down days once in a while. I always say plans are not set in stone until they are completed.
