I've been to the gym everyday since we joined on Saturday! I'm proud of myself for pushing through each workout, and going back each day! I love having access to so many different machines! I have learned that the elyptical and I are not friends. I know everyone seems to love this machine, but I definitely do not share in that sentiment. I found one that I love, but I can't remember what the trainer told me it was called. I actually pushed through the first time for 15 minutes! Now, that may not sound like a lot to you, but for this out of shape girl, I felt like I should take an ad out in the paper to announce my accomplishment! lol Yes, my legs felt like jelly afterward, but I'm beginning to like the jelly feeling. At least I know I'm doing something! Tomorrow my mom and I have a meeting with a trainer to go over a few of the machines. I've looked longingly at some of the machines, but because I didn't know how to use them properly I wanted to wait so that someone could go over them with me. I injured my back years ago and don't want to do something stupid, so waiting for the trainer was my only choice. At least it's tomorrow and I can get started on my upper body. So far it's just been walking, running, bike, and awesome machine I can't remember name of. Pretty much all lower body. I've also watched the stair machine that I've seen them use on Biggest Loser and I will get the nerve to get on that soon!
I still really need to work on my eating habits. They're beyond horrible, and so hard to change. I only eat dinner, instead of breakfast, lunch, dinner...I skip it all until dinner time. Then I wonder why if I stay up late I get so hungry. Duh...it hasn't had nearly enough and is reminding me. I have got to get into a routine of eating 1/2 hour after I wake up, a small lunch between 12-1pm, then dinner is always at 5:30pm. Maybe if I do it all enough, it'll become second nature and everything would be good. I just know that I can't go on like this losing weight, not eating but once a day, and going to gym everyday. If I don't eat, I'm not going to do very well at the gym and with my history, I'd probably pass out. So starting new habits tomorrow to hopefully get me back on track!

You know what might work better for you is eating 4-6 small meals a day Ree. Just small things here and there .....I hope you are still working on this. Not eating right and losing means your body eats at the muscle and that's awful. But I'm sure you know all this and hear it from momma but just thought I'd throw it out there ;)You know little naggy annoying sister!
