Who said you can’t have it all and still lose weight. Omg, brick oven slice with Tuscan salad. I am learning all about balance and moderation. 🤪🤪🤪🤪

CICO is so fun when you get the whole "moderation" thing down and nothing is off limits. I still struggle with the right portion sizes but I love not having to eliminate anything.

DP, I’ve tried to eliminate foods, but all I did was think about them more. It was a nightmare!!!! 😱 this is so much better. You are definitely right, portion control is the most diff part,but you get the hang of it. You are truly incredible, you’ve transformed your body with all your hard work💪💪💪💪

These days I’ve been working out first, my breakfast gets pushed later in day, I found that I am not even hungry afterwards, very weird. Then I have rest of day to consume my calories. It’s been very rewarding way to do things. I really want to stick to this🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

ocean_girl i tried to eliminate foods to i don't anymore it will make you crazy as long as you portion control and set a goal and feel good thats all that counts

Thanks guys. I think its the only way that works for me so far. When I know that if I plan it right I can eat anything in moderation, that feels wonderful. No restrictions except calories
