Ho hum No change I reviewed my weight history this morning. 20lbs in two months and then ... STALLage. No I am down 4 in 1.5 months. Partly because I can't play much hockey anymore given the schedule. Sad about it today :(
Oh well. Onward and upward.

You're being tested by the diet gods...don't worry, if you are watching your portions, keeping within your R.D.I. and can manage some movement into your day without the hockey play (sorry about that one), you'll see the trend downward. Onward and upward to infinity and beyond!!! TOWANDA!!!

You are doing great buddy ! I am kind of stalled also but I think it's because I haven't been able to get in all the excersise I would normally get in bcz of OT at work. Stuck at 207 :P
