I've been doing really bad with my challenges and my diet. We've been staying at my brother and sister-in-law's house dogsitting. They have a large amount of processed food, as you can see from my diet journal. However, I've been very proud of myself that I'm recording everything. Including the bad stuff. We are done dog sitting now so I will be back on track and I will go to the gym tonight to start my running for beginners challenge. I couldn't do it at their house, it's been too cold and they don't have a treadmill. My apartment complex has a workout room. So let's get this beast started!!
