Hello! I'm Ashley. I'm looking to finally take off this weight that I have carried for 10 years. The weight came on after puberty and my fast food eating and sedentary lifestyle didn't help. So, I'm really going to push the weight loss. I'm looking for support from other people going through what I'm going through. The cravings, the emotional eating, the motivation.

I'm also a newlywed to my amazing husband. He of course can eat as much as he wants and doesn't move a pound! My motivation is that I want to start trying to get pregnant next year and I don't want to start off overweight because the baby weight will be even harder to get off. I want to be a skinny momma! I also don't want my kids to eat the way I did when I was growing up. So, I figure I would get as much knowledge on healthy eating as possible so I can spread that through my whole family.

Everyone! Please comment on anything I post! I need the motivation! So far I love this website!
