Ok...Went to my WI yesterday...mind you I feel like (insert expletive here)! NOT a complainer so I'm not gonna go there...~~sneeze, sniffle, wheeze, snort~~ PUREL~~~HA!!
So...Again, I get up there for my monthly WI...blahblah...Now, I did SO well these past few days...Ok, who am I kidding...I get 110% dedicated to weight loss when I have to go WI a few days before. WHAT'S WRONG WITH ME?!! Augh! I KNOW I can lose these last 5-10 lbs..I'm just slackin' off! GRRRR to me! I SO wanna be "my" goal weight! But do I? I mean I sabotage myself...everyone around me tells me "you're doing so well!"..."way to go"...so it's like I think, 'I've been eating crappy and they still think I'm doing well, I must be able to eat crappy then, no? NO NO NOT NOT!! Where's that whip 'cuz I need to start crackin' it!! and HARD! HA!
I WILL show them at WW next month that I am 'on track'...I WILL show it to myself that I can do it and ACTUALLY start exercising again...I WILL get my journal smeared with entries from my buddies telling me to do it 'or else'...LOL!!
Ok...I'm done ranting and I'm off to drink my water and count my points...~sigh~ I mean YIIPPIEE!!
Oh...and I'm up 1 lb. at my meeting...this morning I'm down 1.2 lbs...whats up with that? So it's still 136?? I mean how do I mark that on my chart? I don't normally weigh myself everyday...hummm...I don't wanna start that again... I use to do that and broke that habit...when I do weigh myself on Tuesdays it's in the morning with 'not a lot on' and at WW it's at night...So I think I'm just gonna leave my chart and call it a wash :o)!!
Ok...gotta fly! I figure if I just forget about 'not being well' I'll be well, right?? LOL Mind over matter I say!! Or is it coffee over powers a cold??? HUMMMMM?????

hehe my morning vs evening wieght can be up to a 3-4 lb difference! Don't sweat it BUT don't let it happen again. Make your Tuesday weigh in COUNT don't wait until your official WW WI....it's the procrastinator in all of us rearing it's head :) You can do this! You have shown you can. So now you just need to buckle down and DO IT!

YAHOO!! We're hearing from the caffeinated Sibby today!!! hee hee They say those last 5 - 10 pounds are the hardest to lose. (I don't know because I've never been there...LOL) Hang in there Sista! Take it one pound at a time and before you know it, they will add up to the 5 - 10 pounds you want to lose. Ok....so your goal is to lose ONE POUND however long it takes. You can do that, right?! Have a great day! ((((HUGS))))

Sibby, take it from my experience... don't let yourself fall into the trap of "I'm doing so well, I don't have to watch it so closely and count points"... I have gained back about 8 pounds from my lowest because of that thought process, and once you start, it's so easy for it to take over! So, get back on track, count points, and do it for you so that you feel good and happy! (That's my advice to myself as well :) )

Sibs...I miss ya!! and just as you requested, i'm here to tell you to stop self-sabotaging and get your butt in gear, girl!! (of course, that's as lovingly as I can put it!) YOU are doing a good job of fooling everyone into thinking you're doing a great job...but just some food for thought...maybe you don't need to diet at all? Maybe you should just keep things in check as you do?? If you emphatically disagree with me...THEN STRAIGHTEN UP AND FLY RIGHT AND STOP CHEATING ON YER DIET! :) ok....i'm leavin the room now! lecture is over! LOL love ya!

I got down to the weight I wanted to be at but could not maintain because I stopped counting my points. I let the pounds come back on slowly and lived by telling myself I'd get back on track tomorrow(I'm trying my hardest to get out of this mind frame). Now I have 25- 30lbs to loose to get back down to where I want to be. So- please don't let it get outta control like I did!!!! I know it's hard but don't give up- you have proven you can do it. AND from experience those last 5-10 lbs are the hardest...

Hi Sibby... aw, I can relate and have eaten pretty much rubbish myself this week, so I'm amazed the scales haven't complained too much. Did I read right that you're wanting to lose another 5-10lbs? I know from my own experience that I developed a complacency at 133lbs... as far as I was concerned, I'd made goal... so it was like it didn't matter after that. Wrong, but I think it's so easy to get into that mindset and we then wander off the rails a little, thinking it doesn't matter. As for the 1lb up then the 1.2lb down... that's most definitely just an evening v. a morning weigh-in, so you're just breaking even... which is great! ;o) Hope you're feeling better and you just keep up that tracking... no slacking! We'll get that 1lb for you, if it's the last thing we do. ;o)

You CAN do it hun.....!! I sooo agree with that 'complacency' mindset.....Even at 240 - I've felt it more than once....I tell myself I've come sooooo far from where I was a year ago.....that this won't hurt too bad....that won't be difficult to NOT eat again...>WRONG....!!! That mindset is dangerous....for me anyway! Had a FAB weekend with the folks....ate too much of course....and ohhhhhh the wine.....YUM!! Will post a pic of the new kitchen floor soon.....lol.....huggggies......Keep at it darlin'....!
