Made sausage frittata for first time inspired by recipe from this site - got timings a bit wrong - egg slightly undercooked but still tasty and was perfect with reheating - definitely delicious recipe but quite calorific/ fatty and not necessarily all that filling - will definitely want to make again (its a far healthier alternative to toad in the hole) but will probably want to watch out before having it too often as I have definitely been exceeding target weight!
