So I just found this place online while searching for the calorie count of various foods but it seems worth a try :) I am not very organised so I think keeping a record of what I eat could be helpful in tracking my progress and working out my less obvious weaknesses (shockingly chocolate and ice cream and cheesecake etc are known to me! buuuuut the shame factor of listing the bastards might also prove useful!) I am not after radical weight loss - just half a stone or so as I have already improved my diet/lifestyle quite a lot in the last few weeks - hopefully this will prove useful in maintaining it, losing the last couple of pounds and toning myself up!
