Ok, so yesterday wasn't a great day. I had my trying to eat healthy chinese food fiasco. Than after avoiding cake and pizza at work. I went to my dad's for healthy (veggies, broth) homemade soup only to find he didn't make it. Than, he offered me chicken fries and french fries....ug. Nope so after leaving my Dad's I was starving. I went home and had tuna with celery and pickle and mustard. No mayo, it wasn't horrid but definitely not what I wanted. Than because I was still starving for some reason, I had a lean gourmet. I was higher on my food diary but it didn't blow me out of the water. I even added in the piece of peach cobbler I had at my Dad's. Quite surprising. Makes me believe I can actually do this. I can have a day where I don't do great but still manage to come out ok in the end. I always used to quit diets because I would cheat that one day and practically binge eat and than just throw everything out the window! I'm feeling really good today and I'm pretty sure it's because of this website.

Wow, you really avoided some obstacles. You are doing awesome! I also love this site because it showed me that I can have "bad days" and still have a negative caloric intake. We are always going to have days that we cheat, just think of the diet as a lifestyle change. There is no way we are going to get through life without ever eating fattening foods, we just have to learn how to incorporate it and "make up" for it. :)
