I didn't go to the gym today like I planned! For some reason I'm not feeling very good. Headache, body aches all over. I just needed to give myself a day to recover from last week.
This week's challenges: Cardio x3, Personal Trainer x1, stick with my diet, eat more veggies, drink more water, and lose at least 1lb by next Sunday. I want to 'officially' get out of my 180's already :D
