Down a bit, so a good week. My sugars still not leveling out though, that vexes me. I've been craving granola, cant find a real low carb version. Lots of Keto people do net carbs, so 8-10 carbs with a net of 3-6 carbs works for breakfast. Since I cant do net, way too much for 1 meal considering I get 20 in a day. I will keep searching and find a low carb version, I will find one!!
225.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Have you tried Muesli? No sugarnorbhiney is added, and it's whole grain. You can control the amount of dried fruits. I like the recipe that is in the link because it gives.a framework that is flexible. https://www.thekitchn.com/muesli-recipe-260252

I do not know that there is a low carb granola out there. You can make something out of cracked nuts. I also have some very fibre rye crackers that I can make into pieces and mix in. The ones I use are made by GG but there are others out there.

Good loss, that was a good week for you. Sometimes you have to really look for the hidden carbs. I found that the vitamin c I was taking has 4 grams of carbs. I need an alternative, 4 grams takes a lot out of my 20 carb total for the day.
