The beets aren't technically Keto but they are real and whole and fit within my Carbs so yes, I say Yes.
Melted Gruyere, walnuts and beet salad in olive oil. When you don't eat processed food, the flavours in real food are extraordinary! :)

Obviously it’s different for everyone BUT my blood ketones were 3.7mmol or higher while keeping my net cho under 50g so eating beets won’t hurt you, plus nutritional benefits outweighs the minute “nutritional Ketosis” set back you may have had.
