Kenna Morton's Journal, 26 April 2020

My sister is in the hospital with Covid19. One of her doctors calls me once or twice a day to confirm our agreed upon plan of action and make any necessary changes. Today one of the things he commented on was that the patients that have done the best were those that walked into this with nutritionally sound diets— regardless of their age

Regarding my sisters recovery from the Corona virus. The sad part of this is that she entered into this illness with a degree of obesity, a lifetime of unhealthy food choices and an aversion to physical activity. So when the chips are down and her body needed every bit of help it could get, there was none to be had. I believe she will survive this disease, I have worked like hell to help make that happen, but it may not be a life she would have chosen to live—- DO YOU NEED “MOTIVATION” TO TRY TO CONTINUE TO BECOME HEALTHIER?
