I've been good! A complete week of on my plan and staying true to ME! I think that is what is the key. It is NOT easy but has to be done. I have to keep remembering how I feel when I'm not on a healthy plan and how I feel when I am. It takes just a day to 'feel' a quick fix of unhealthy stuff that gives me a FALSE feel 'good' BUT that is NOT what I need. I need to remember that just keeping true to me & my plan helps me feel good for longer periods not just a quick moment, or hour, or day. IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!! Today I may have ate more pumpkin seeds than I should have, BUT they were good and I made the choice to eat them and be satisfied rather than go off and grab some sugary or high fat snack. IF I had done that I KNOW I would have been off my plan for at least the rest of the day. So I am true to ME and taking it one day, one moment at a time.
