Back from my great rebellion. I didn't particularly eat off plan; I just didn't feel like logging things. Also my hands have been so sore in the mornings I haven't wanted to get right on the computer. But I'm wearing compression gloves to bed and doing an hour of heating pad before I get up and they are feeling much better. Getting old is getting old.
However if, in fact, it is my thyroid surgery and potential hormone problems that is causing my weight gain, then having a journal of what I actually ate might prove useful.
So I guess I'm back.
