Everything is going along great for me, besides the fact that my wife has gained (she is pregnant) almost as much weight as I have lost. I am determined to get this weight off & make some lifestyle changes that help me to keep it off. I am going to be a new father to a little girl in January. One of my key motivators to do this is the fact that when anything, such as an intruder, happens, I want my little girl to think of me first. Dad should handle this. Dad can handle this. I don't want to be the semi-overweight, out of shape guy that my daughter has doubts about. I never want to be the dad my daughter is embarassed to introduce to anyone because I am out of shape or overweight. All this and I could not stand the sight of myself in my last picture.
