today i had: breakfast: omelette (2 eggs, 1 packet splenda, dashes cinnamon, half packet of frozen fruit. )it was delicious! hot chocolate 16 oz. :(
lunch: odwalla pumpkin soy drink salted cashews
might have something tonight. not bad right? i know i have a thing for sugar but i'm glad i'm not getting caught up in breads and cheeses, as that is the core idea of this phase.

Make sure you are watching your sodium intake as well. This plan is pretty specific on what foods will help you to cleanse and flush out toxins! Good Luck!

Soy and salt are not reccommended for this plan.
Plus, the core idea of the plan is eating on a consistent basis b'fast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner in order to keep your blood sugar level constant. By doing so, you curb your cravings etc.
