Dang, I gained weight again! And I thought I was doing everything right. I must be hitting a real plateau.
Today I didn't have the oomph in me to work out really hard. I went to the gym and did about 20 minutes on the elliptical machine and called it quits. On the plus side, I scarfed down a pound and a half of yummy roasted hatch green chilies, and it was barely over a hundred calories! I love green chili season...
But I did eat nearly two thousand calories today. Oh, well, I read that Michael Phelps eats about twelve thousand calories a day; at least I'm nowhere near that!
