HELP!!!! Can someone tell me why I'm not losing weight? I have not eaten any unhealthy foods and have had very low calories counts with high levels of exercise. The weight was coming off steadily but once the second week was over, my weight loss paused...for four days I have been at 122. Any suggestions??
