Had a great week. Lost 2 more lbs.--Total of 17 lbs. in 2 months. Can't believe the difference in my face and body. Oh it's good! I love Atkins! (and I 'm starting to like me)
Today was my day off, No planned exercise for today. So tomorrow is the start of my next 6 days of working out. I really look forward to it now. I actually don't like taking a day off, but My old body appreciates a break! I can't believe what I can do! C25k 3 days and 3 days with Jillian Michaels Shred it with weights. Moving up to 8lb. ketttledrum this week.
