I've failed to keep my carbs under 20 grams today. I couldn't control myself when everyone was enjoying the cookies and I just had too much.

Just get solidly back on plan tomorrow. Slip-ups happen to all of us from time to time but hopefully, we all learn better coping skills from the experience.
