Woke at 219.4, up 2.0 after a big eating day that included red wine and even a cinnamon roll last night (fresh out of the oven). Did 30 minutes of pushups, dumbbell pulls, and weighted squats. Looking forward to April as I continue true alternate-day fasting. I'll capture that strategy in a separate post. Fasting today and will eat tomorrow. UPDATE: Weighed in at 6 pm and was up to 219.6. It seems that not much of what I drank was released today! Maybe overnight.
