Week 7 and I couldn't be happier! No thoughts of cheating on junk foods...but I still can't get myself to do any walking, biking, etc. Wish I had that motivation!!!!
231.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 86.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Good luck on the walking and biking. I have been walking up and down the stairs at work. I actually get excited about doing it. I am not doing too bad with the junk food considering I would live on it if I could. Good luck
