Not a bad weekend. Still feeling hungry, but I have been wondering if that is related to not drinking a TON of water anymore. I seem to have dropped that habit. I am going to try getting back on track with that and see if that helps.

Still on track and ahead of schedule, so that's good.

Onward and upward

209.4 lb Lost so far: 20.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
