Gained 2.5 pounds. :(

I'm not motivated, and I hate it. If someone offers food, I'll eat it right away, even if I know its bad for my weight loss. For example, a cupcake. If it's made available; I'll eat it.

I need to cut this bad habit. It's terrible, and I feel I won't be successful. :(
162.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 37.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I keep gaining too. Don't give up on yourself...baby steps is the key. As my granddaughter favorite shows song goes...keep trying, keep trying don't give up, don't give up

Hey don't be so down on yourself take small steps ... if someone offers something take a small part of it, if that doesn't satisfy maybe bring your own snacks to fill up on .I hope this helps have a healthy week .
