I am a person that lacks motivation to lose weight, but am unhappy about the way I look. I have recently earned a promotion and the 2 women I share the position with are much smaller than I am. I understand the concepts of eating right and exercising, but find it a chore. I want to turn my life around and be healthy and happy for my children and myself. The hardest part of controlling my food intake is to get myself to stop eating. If it tastes good, I want to eat it- a lot. Even if I am full-its a horrible habit. I want to change and I know it won't be easy!
