I still havent lost any in the past few days. Was hoping for a loss this morning but nothing. Im wondering if I am eating enough???? Trying to get in 1500 cals but I get scared that I will eat too much and then I try to cut back. I'm not having any problems with binging or wanting to eat after supper so I'm only eating the 5 meals a day (curves phase 2). I sure hope I start to see a loss soon or I'm not sure what I'll do. I'm walking/jogging every day - doing weights 3x a week and curves 2x a week - what's the problem here???????
170.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
