Why Guy also has a more lengthy version of his blog on Why Stalls Happen at the Atkins Website Forums... He helped me tremendously! I was stalled at 297 lbs and since adding calories to my diet I am losing on weeks that I'm not heading for TOM! He's a wonderful caring person! The forum has lots of people that will check out your food diary and help too!

Thanks for the link, I am bookmarking the site, I went and ate three pork sausages halfway through. My diet calander shows a defecit of 1000 to 2000+ a day!!!
