Not much for exercise today...just don't have it in me these days. It's a struggle. Still have worries with my son and can't seem to gather the strength to have a good workout session. So other than housework, errands and my one mile walk dvd...that's all I had in me.

Dont forget that healthy living is the best revenge to all that life throws at you. I went through a really bad time a few years back and had to force myself to exercise. I think it was the one thing that helped me keep my sanity. Releases the good endorphins to combat the blues. I know it's easier said than done, but don't let the difficulties with you son ruin you attitude and your outlook on life. Stay busy. This too shall pass. If you need anymore cheesy but true cliches, let me know!
