Had a little break down today:( I have not been able to do much for the business since I had the baby ( my husband does it all ) and I love to work so it kinda got to me. Plus kids and daily life. Ate a lot of carbs today and did not workout. Ate something really bad from sonic and I am not even going to log what it was. I feel like working out and I am going to try to ge up early and get some in before the day starts. I need to start getting up in the mornings before the day gets to busy because it is just getting to hard to find the time for things and working out always gets pushed to the back. Tomorrow will be a better day
