just back from a wonderful month in Italy with my sweet, incredible boyfriend and I hated to say goodbye to the diet, but hey, it's ITALY! We did good with our diets the 1st week or two but the closer it got to leaving time, the more "you can only get this in Italy" food HAD to be enjoyed. Pizza straight from heaven! Cappelletti in broth! Pumpkin tortelli! Gelato! Florentina! etcetcetc... Wow! almost 8lbs gained that fast! It is going to be a major challenge to lose this weight again and keep going. It was all so worth it tho!
