isn't black walnut kind of acidic? I have a walnut tree and some plants can't grow around it because of the acid the walnuts put into the soil, maybe it too much acid from the walnut in your stomach? my guess.

I hope you get it figured out. Have you spoken to a dr about this?

I haven’t talked to the doctor yet because I’ve always just chalked it up to my eating habits... but I don’t think that’s the case anymore and black walnut is a name of a restaurant 😝

I know when zucchini season comes, we grow it, so we always have an abundance. However, if I eat it too often, it can cause stomach upset. I figured it's because I don't eat it fresh year round, so my body has a difficult time digesting too much at a time. Another thought... do you eat salad with your zucchini? There's a type of cleaner restaurants use to wash vegetables, and it can upset your stomach really badly. Hope you figure it out.

Interesting. I don’t eat zucchini too often. I’ve noticed that I really get sick with the most random things. I have really bad stomach cramps and it’s always a mix of constipation and diarrhea (sorry if TMI).. usually goes on for hours and sometimes I end up just going to sleep because of it. I’m to the point where I am worried so I will be going to the doctor. Seems like it’s a lot like IBS on what I’ve researched, but who knows.

Also, I didn’t eat salad.

You've just described wheat allergy or Gluten intolerance. The least amount can sometimes cause gas, cramping, diarrhea and even constipation if your body can't process it. And wheat seems to be added to so many things... things you'd never suspect. Even shampoos and other personal care items.

Good to know. I’ll look more into that. Do you suffer from that?

That is what eating in a keto style did to me. There could be many causes. That restaurant "cleaner" is also a preservative to keep those veggies looking fresh and it is also often used in those pre-cut packages of vegies you buy in the stores. It causes asthma issues for me.

Yes dpush93. About 7 years ago they figured it out. Wholefoodnut is correct. It could be any number of things. Best to check it out though. I had a long list of foods I avoided, thinking I was allergic because I'd get sick. When I was tested, found out most of the stuff was fine for me to eat.... but my system was so irritated from wheat, that it made me sensitive to other stuff. Good luck. It's miserable to always hurt.
