Hmm...I really don't know how many points my lasagna was...it was homemade in a 9 x 13 inch pan and I ate 1/12th of it. But...I haven't eaten much today - just can't seem to make myself...I'll eat some fruit later. Spent some time with DH in the "bush" gathering wood, so got a bit of exercise there but not much. Must try to do my 30 minutes on the treadmill tonight...no matter what! No further developments with my son - I played coward today and stayed away from the phone...I was too wound up last night to sleep well and I was trying to keep sane today...he didn't phone and I didn't phone him either. Does that make me terrible?? Maybe....

No it doesn't make you terrible! Although he needs to know you are there, he is an adult now and is gonna have to deal with this. You are a wonderful mom and don't you ever forget it!
Have you tried putting your recipes into your recipe book? You can enter the ingredients and give it a portion count and it will calculate the calories and nutrition for you. You don't have to submit the recipe to share with everyone if you don't want to. I am beginning to do this with some things that we make frequently so I have a more accurate picture of my calories and can adjust the recipe if I need to. For instance, the pizza we make use the bread machine recipe that used 4 cups of flour, I changed it to the 3 cup recipe for a slightly thinner crust and a big savings in calories. Try it, it works great.
