Just read where I should be drinking 111.1 fl oz of water per day.
Divide your current weight by 2 = number of fluids your body needs to function correctly.
And to think I imagined 64 fl oz to be challenging.
Breakfast Lunch - 33.8 fl oz Dinner - 32 fl oz Snack - 48 fl oz
Approximately like that. Scares me to think I need to drink 48 fl oz before bedtime. Perhaps I may sleep on the throne....

I've been drinking 100 oz almost every day. Yeah, for the first couple it's like your LIVING in the bathroom. Then I guess the body starts to get used to the amount! (I only had 64 oz yesterday, and was thirsty when I woke up this morning!)

Today I have a better plan. I went to bed thirsty last night - I was really so exhausted by the time I got home I was nearly drunk!
