I just ate a good size lunch and I am still hungry! There's a rumbly in my tumbly as Winnie the Pooh would say! I'll try to avoid something sweet though...but sweet is my weakness!

Sweets are definitely my weakness too ~ perhaps try and have a diet drink?? Drinking a lot of water helps to keep me full too. Good luck ~ you can make it past your craving!!

I sure know that feeling. I thought that maybe I dreamed lunch today... I havent had a problem with sweets since I got off of the artificial sweeteners and switched to Stevia. Don't know it that is the reason or not but the timing is right. 11yrold just offered me a fresh brownie and it didn't even tempt me. Watch me brag about it and go eat a gallon of icecream tonight....
