Long weekend; lots of time in cold arena's. I felt hungry a lot too! It's a real struggle to stay away from eating when you are so busy and have little routine. I am looking forward to the day when I can reach my goal (not the current one, but the one after this current one) and then enter "maintain" mode. I think I am, anyway :)
211.4 lb Lost so far: 18.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
